CEO / Founder

Mr Barnabas NKORE

Barnabas Nkore brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, combining clinical nursing with nonprofit leadership. As Founder and President of IHCS Inc., he leads community-based health initiatives aimed at improving access to care for underserved populations in Boston and beyond.

His role involves strategic planning, program development, and advocacy for health equity.

In parallel, he has served as a Registered Nurse at CCH ELHC since 2006, delivering direct patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. 

His dual experience in frontline nursing and organizational leadership underscores a deep commitment to both patient care and systemic health improvements.
